It’s not about providing recipes, but rather cultivating each person’s natural ability to maximize their potential within a complex environment. Coaching is especially useful in our current context, in which we experience a great deal of pressure to be competitive, and are required to process large amounts of information while retaining our listening ability, remaining present, and effectively connecting with other human beings. 

 
 

This service is provided by a trained and certified professional under confidentiality agreements, with the goal of accompanying individuals on their journey toward concrete goals. Coaches are not professors, but they do teach; they don’t tell you what to do, but they help you to discover, within yourself, in your environment, and in your performance, how to become a better professional and feel more fulfilled.

  • Executive coaching comprehensively transforms leaders, allowing them to align their personal and professional lives. Coaching enables leaders to evolve and become empowered, teaching them how to use their personal knowledge to identify their needs and their teams’ needs.   • Our Core ID evaluation examines leaders from all possible angles, analyzing their specific contexts, the ways in which they interact with their teams. In order to gain insight into the strengths and weaknesses of leaders, we interview at least ten people with whom leaders directly interact, enabling us to discover additionally:

    • Their consonance with their organizations.

    • Their alignment with their teams and key persons outside of their area of influence.

    • Their current phase in their evolution as leaders.

    Core ID dramatically transforms leaders, providing them with a unique and personalized version of reality within their organizations.

  • This is a 360˚ assessment tool considered by global experts to be the most validated and widely-used measure of emotional and social intelligence (a key factor in the performance of leaders).

    The ESCI tool has been validated by hundreds of studies on competencies in organizations around the world. It was developed by Dr. Daniel Goleman and Dr. Richard Boyatzis, together with Hay Group.

    Strengthened emotional and social intelligence significantly improves performance among executives.

    The Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) allows for:

    • Measuring emotional intelligence in leaders and key professionals.

    • Fostering executives’ self-awareness, by means of a powerful and scientifically-backed feedback tool.

    • Focusing executive coaching and training processes with more precision based on the leader and organizations’ needs.

    • Fostering the development of professionals and their teams.
